Bill has been associated with the firm since 1991, initially as a real estate associate. In October, 2004, he became broker/owner.  Bill has concluded numerous successful residential and commercial transactions.  Success is measured by the number of satisfied customers (real estate buyers and sellers or information seekers) he has assisted. Bill began his real estate career with the firm of Hightower and Associate in 1989, and remained there until 1991. 

Licensed Mortgage Broker –  Bill has worked successfully in the mortgage broker arena since 1999.  He has aided individuals and firms in acquiring financing for their real property.  

Career Work Experience:   

Former - Manager - Sprint Telecommunications’ (University of Excellence)  training department from January 1996 to December 2003.  Bill was responsible for a 14 member team which included technical instructors, management instructors, information systems instructors, and two department assistants.  His duties also included the daily operation of four training sites, and equipment to provide training. Bill’s career with Sprint from 1979 spanned 24 years.  There he held numerous positions of responsibility from the technical ranks through the engineering and engineering supervision ranks.  From the construction supervision ranks to the area service center manager.  From statewide process improvement and implementation to corporatewide business process improvement and change management responsibilities.  Bill managed local budgets between $3-$5 million.  In addition to the local personnel in Altamonte Springs, he remotely managed key personnel in Mansfield, Ohio; Atlanta, GA; Kansas City, KS; and Tallahassee, FL.   

Education:     Bill graduated from Webster University, St. Louis, Missouri, in May 1996, earning an MBA in Management.  He graduated from the University of Florida, Gainesville, Florida, March 1979, earning a BA in History.  His secondary education occurred at Forest High School, Ocala, Florida, where he graduated in June 1974.  He furthered his knowledge and skills through continuing education at the University of Central Florida, 1980, 1985, and 1988 with course studies in marketing, accounting, and legal research and writing. Additionally, Bill’s other educational activities include training in property laws and contracts via real estate school (Devex Realty ERA) 1985, training in property finance - Kambuck Mortgage 1999, Real Estate Broker preparation - IFREC 2002. 

Professional Organizations:  Current member of Greater Orlando Board of Realtors, and State of Florida, Department of Business and Professional Regulation via Real Estate Broker Licensee.  State of Florida, Department of Banking and Finance via Mortgage Broker Licensee. 

Board Affiliations:  Board of Director  - YMCA Black Achievers.  Former Affiliations: Board of Director - Marvin C. Zanders Funeral Home, Co-Chairman of Sprint/United's Community Relations Team Steering Committee (Winter Garden), member of Orange County Public Schools - Business Advisory Board, member of Orange County Public Schools - Career Development Council, and member of the Board of Directors, Malone Memorial Church of God in Christ. 

Civic Activities & Awards:  Chairman - Sprint Florida’s Diversity Days – 2001-2003, Chairman -YMCA Achievers Scholarship Campaign 2000, 2001, and 2002.  Recipient of Florida Telecommunication Industry Association – Community Service Award (2001), recognized on local radio station WCFB (94.5) as a “Hometown Hero” (2001), recipient YMCA Scholarship Chairman Award (2000) recipient of Sprint Values Excellence award (2000), published in “Speak Easy” Catalog – Atlanta (2000), recipient University of Excellence “On-Site” Award (1999), Junior Achievement - Project Business instructor from 1986 to 1994. Recipient of YMCA Distinguished Fund Raising Award (1994).  Graduate of Leadership Orlando (1993).  Recipient of YMCA Black Achiever's Award (1992).  Active in church, leading/presenting financial seminars, real estate and mortgage awareness programs. 

Hobbies:  Bill enjoys playing the guitar, fishing, and is an avid daily reader.
