As a real estate professional, Nehemiah offers three decades of real estate experience which include residential and commercial transactions, property management, sales, and listings.  He is a former associate of Coldwell Banker-Referral Network, Schuren Realty and Live Appraisal Services.  He is a member of the regional, state, and National Association of Realtors. 

Nehemiah’s contributions in his community are exemplarily.  He worked as an advocate for the homeless, and served as director of Manna on The Road/Food Chain/Central Florida Food Bank.  As Co-Founder of a recognized agency, he was a recipient of Walt Disney Community Service Award and recognized by the area Regional Chamber of Commerce for “Excellence in Community Services Trading Program”.  Nehemiah is active with the UCF Alumni Association, Central Florida Computer Society, and Orland International Council membership.   

Nehemiah holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from the University of Central Florida, and an Associate of Arts degree for Florida Technological University in General Studies with emphasis on Industrial Management.  He holds certificates from the U.S Department of Health, Education and Welfare, American Management Association, and local Community Colleges, FCC First Class license.  

He enjoys spending time with his family, as well as reading, outreach and community service endeavors.
