Bill has been associated with the firm since 1991, initially as a real estate agent, now as broker/owner.  Bill has concluded numerous successful residential and commercial transactions.  He measures success by the number of satisfied customers (real estate buyers and sellers or information seekers) he has assisted. Bill began his real estate career with the firm of Hightower and Associate in 1989, and remained there until 1991. 

Bill is a graduate of Webster University, St. Louis, Missouri with an MBA in Management.  He is a graduate of The University of Florida, Gainesville, Florida, March 1979, with a BA in History.   His secondary education occurred at Forest High School, Ocala, Florida, where he graduated in June 1974.  He furthered his knowledge and skills through continuing education at the University of Central Florida, 1980, 1985, and 1988 with course studies in marketing, accounting, and legal research and writing. 

Additionally, Bill’s educational activities include training in property laws and contracts via real estate school (Devex Realty ERA) 1985, training in property finance - Kambuck Mortgage 1999, Real Estate Broker preparation - IFREC 2002.
